Dough Thickness Rolling Guides are our tool of choice to easily roll springerle dough at a consistent thickness. Uniformly thick cookies give your treats a professional look and bake more predictably. Even if your rolling pressure is uneven; dough guides ensure your rolled dough height is consistent.
Roll thicknesses of 3 mm, 5 mm, or 10 mm dough. You can also stack the guides in any combination to roll 8mm, 13mm, 15mm, or 18 mm thick dough, depending on the depth of your mold. Tip: When working with stacked guides in our bakery, we use tiny rubber hair bands to prevent slipping.

Care and Cleaning: Lay dough guides flat and scrape off any dried dough with a bench knife. If needed, wipe with a damp paper towel. Do not leave them soaking in water as wood may warp. Wipe dry. Allow to air dry completely before storing flat.
