Special Order, Return, and Cancellation Policies
Special Orders
We happily provide special order services for any House on the Hill molds that the factory is currently producing. In some cases, we can also order retired molds. There is no additional fee for placing a special order. Please contact hw@springerleemp.com with any questions.
Returns
New, UNUSED molds, cutters, and dough guides may be returned within 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please pack your return carefully. We are not responsible for damage or loss occurring during return shipping.
Edible items and Gift Cards are not returnable.

Refunds
When applicable, refunds are sent to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
All Returns MAY be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All processing fees (charged to us by your bank or online payment processor) WILL be deducted from your refund amount. When you make a return, your credit card or online payment processing company does NOT refund us the fees associated with that order. We are a small business and can no longer absorb these losses.
Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to approval by Springerle Emporium. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation of orders containing Special Order Items may not be possible. If we have paid the factory to produce your special order, we cannot guarantee a refund if you cancel. When cancellation is possible, all cancellations MAY be subject to a 20% fee.
