The 2" pastry brush is an equipment staple for every springerle baker, whether you are dusting molds or brushing flour off dried cookies prior to baking. This is the same brush we use in our bakery and classes.

- White, natural boar bristles
- Bristles are epoxy set in a nylon ferrule
- Natural wood handle
